Liked the hotel, it was modern with marvellous and unbeatable location near to the train station. Kind team, they made me feel welcome. Location: the venue was close enough to the historical centre, the railway tracks and the restaurants. Santa Maria Novella district was worth exploring.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were clean and well-designed. The air conditioning worked perfectly. The location was convenient, only a short walk from the train station. The breakfast was delicious and they even accommodated our early departure. a great value for money.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Our room was clean and comfortable, with good amenities. the breakfast options were decent with some fresh fruit and hot beverages to start the day. the location was convenient, close to some major attractions and with good transport links nearby.
The noise levels were unbearable. We couldn't sleep properly due to the constant noise from outside, which disturbed us throughout the night.

We had a great Christmas break at this B&B. The facilities were superb, with very clean and modern rooms. The location was excellent, with easy access to all the attractions and amenities the city has to offer. We particularly enjoyed the free Wi-Fi and the lovely balcony in our room. Breakfast was okay, with a good degree of variety and quality.
